Efficiency: 72-75%
Mash: 152 degrees for 60 min.

• 21 lb. 2-row
• 2 lb. Victory/Biscuit malt
• 1.5 lb. c60 malt
• .5 lb. c120 malt

• 2 oz. Magnum(12.1%) – 60 min.
• .5 oz. Fuggle(4%) – 20 min.
• .5 oz Goldings(5%) – 20 min.
• .5 oz. Fuggle(4%) – 0 min.
• 2 oz. Goldings(5%) – 0 min.

Wyeast London ESB yeast.
